Application for an access card to the Pentecostal Church premises in Lund City
The building’s access control system – please read this first
Each person who applies for and receives authorization is entered as an entry in the system’s database together with personal information from the application, card number information, selected PIN code and assigned access.
You first select a magnetic card that you already have. Almost all magnetic cards work in our system, however not Skånetrafiken cards. The numbers that apply vary between different cards, but on cards with 16 digits (Visa / MasterCard, Studentkort, some membership/club cards etc) it is always the last eight digits that are used by the access control system.
The system does not store any new information on the magnetic card but rather only reads the eight digits each time the card is swiped in the card reader. In short, the magnetic card is only a carrier of the eight-digit number so that it is possible to distinguish different users. The system cannot write to or destroy the original functions of the card.
Cards that have not been used in the past year are deleted from the card database. Information on all cards being swiped in the readers is always recorded and will not be deleted.
If the cardholder enters the wrong PIN code more than three times in a row, the card will be temporary blocked. The block can be lifted only after contact with the system administrator via [email protected]

The Pentecostal Church’s premises are to be used for gatherings, planning meetings and things that concern the congregation’s life and activities. The following rules apply:
The access card is personal property and may not be lent to others. Keep the card in a safe manner and contact [email protected] should you loose the card. You need to book the room that you are to use in advance via [email protected]
The person who uses his card to open the premises is responsible for:
- that the front door is not unlocked and that there is a designated person in charge of the entrance
- that all exterior doors are closed and locked properly when you leave the room (try to open so that you can be sure that the doors are locked)
- that also doors with card locks inside the premises are closed
- that all opened windows are closed
- that tables and chairs used during the gathering are cleaned and put back to order
Responsibility regarding technical equipment:
- In order to use the church’s technical equipment, there must be a technical manager on site who has received introductory training from the technical council. Contact [email protected] if your commitment requires such training.
- All equipment must be returned to its original position or at its intended location.
- The person who use the equipment is also responsible for smaller technical parts (cables, adapters, chargers, remote controls etc), make sure that these do not disappear. This can cause major problems for the next group that will use the premises. Technical equipment may not be moved without the approval of the technical council.
